Simon is a partner in our Dispute Resolution department, specialising in real estate dispute resolution and property management issues. He practices all forms of property litigation, but particularly in the field of landlord and tenant, including possession actions, contested lease renewals, service charge disputes and dilapidations claims.

Simon often provides strategic advice to developers on the enforceability of restrictive covenants and easements pre-purchase. He also specialises in advising landlords on remedies available in cases of tenant default. Simon acts for local and national property developers, national retailers, institutional landlords, housing associations, public and private companies, as well as private individuals.

Simon is a regular speaker and training provider, both to surveyors and other property professionals and as part of in-house sessions. He is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Social Housing Law Association.
