Ros has been practising family law for more than ten years and now heads the Manchester team. She enjoys the diversity of family law and the different challenges presented by the wide variety of issues she encounters.

Ros brings her strong inter-personal skills and an empathetic/sympathetic manner to the wide spectrum of cases she deals with. These include many high value finance cases. She regularly deals with company and taxation issues and is also experienced in cohabitation cases including contested proceedings under the Trusts of Land Act, and applications for financial provision for children (Schedule 1 Children Act). She has a wealth of experience in dealing with private child law cases.

Ros is an active member of Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association), and sits on the Manchester Regional Committee for Resolution. She is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, specialising in complex financial settlements (Advanced Financial Provision II and Cohabitation). She is also a member of the Law Society's Family Law Panel and a trained collaborative lawyer.

On a personal note, Ros is married with 3 children.
