Roland is a partner in the firm's Corporate & Commercial department and deals with all aspects of corporate and commercial law including principally mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and joint ventures as well as agency and distribution agreements, franchising and commercial contract work.

Roland has valuable experience in working with charitable organisations and quasi-public sector clients having spent over 6 months seconded to the North West Development Agency (NWDA) in 2005. Roland has worked closely with the NWDA ever since and is the firm's relationship manager for this client. Roland also acts for a number of SME's in a variety of sectors throughout the country.

Roland's hobbies include snowboarding, skiing, running and football. He is also a keen cricket and rugby fan.
