Mace & Jones prides itself on its ethical but friendly and helpful approach. Whilst maintaining the highest professional standards, we adopt a 'can do' attitude. Our job satisfaction comes from achieving results for clients. Communicating with them in a language and in a way they can understand is one of our key skills. We are proud of our down-to-earth and approachable attitude and our accessibility to clients.

Partner led

Mace & Jones' partner-led approach ensures clients of the highest level of advice and expertise to meet their needs. Overseeing quality of service delivery and responsible for regular reviews, the client relationship partner will co-ordinate the resources of in-house and external specialists as appropriate to ensure a responsive service. We place great store on agreeing with clients in advance the appropriate channels of communication and the frequency and method of reporting to them.

Specialist advice

Mace & Jones possesses numerous leading experts across the many disciplines of law in which we operate. Individual teams are characterised by technical excellence, focused sector knowledge and a 'hands on' approach. This injection of specialist advice on behalf of clients enables the delivery of extremely high quality work, normally associated with much larger law firms.

Our aim is to work seamlessly and openly with our clients, with short lines of communication and a minimum of bureaucracy.
