Education Regulation Alert - Student Support

The Education (Student Support) Regulations 2008 came into force on 1 April 2008 and make provision in relation to support for students taking designated higher education courses in respect of an academic year beginning on or after 1 September 2008.

The regulations specify which students are eligible for support and make provision for support for students undertaking full-time distance learning courses, students undertaking part-time courses and postgraduate students with disabilities.
