New Mediation Unit at Mace & Jones

Leading NW law firm Mace & Jones has formed a dedicated Mediation Unit offering expertise from three accredited mediators.
The firm aims to build on its well established reputation in dispute resolution, following the accreditation of partner Ken Salmon by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Ken, a construction law specialist for 30 years, joins fellow partners Graeme Jump and David Fagan, both of whom are accredited by CEDR, the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution. All three are able to cover a wide range of disputes and bring together specialist knowledge in the fields of construction, employment, insolvency, partnership, property and general commercial law.
