Who should attend?

Directors, managers, board members and HR professionals who want to understand how TUPE works and how it might affect the growth of your business. Contracts managers who might be involved in in-sourcing, out-sourcing or contracting for services should also attend.

Objectives

At the end of this course delegates will be able to:

  • Identify when TUPE is likely to apply
  • Adopt a methodical approach to analysing TUPE situations
  • Think clearly through TUPE problems
  • Manage TUPE consultation, dismissals and any redundancies effectively
  • Understand when it is possible, and how to change terms and conditions in a TUPE situation
