Mace & Jones Host 6th Annual 5 Aside Tournament

Law firm Mace & Jones hosted their 6^th annual 5 aside charity football match and raised £1500 for Spinal Research. The tournament was held at the Powerleague Complex in Manchester.

For the second year running, Mace & Jones' client, Call 24-7 Limited, battled against 19 teams to defend their title to become the tournament champions. Call 24-7 secured their victory after beating Pierce Chartered Accountants in a tight final.

Mace & Jones Head of Corporate Paul Raftery said it was a fantastic event which brought together some of the North West's top professionals to raise money for an important charity.

"Mace & Jones was delighted to host our 6th annual 5 a side tournament in aid of our charity Spinal Research. Many of the tournament contenders work side by side on a regular basis. It was fantastic to meet away from the office and compete against each other on the pitch."
