Mace & Jones advises Bardsley on £3m Dukinfield golf club acquisition

Leading North West law firm Mace & Jones has advised house builder Bardsley Construction on its £3m land acquisition at Dukinfield Golf Club in Tameside.

Mace & Jones head of real estate Karl Jackson said the deal saw Bardsley buy land for a major housing development. Bardsley is building high end three and four bedroom homes overlooking the golf course. Mace & Jones is also acting for Bardsley on plot sales. A new state of the art clubhouse is being built for the golf club.

"This was a fantastic deal to work on which will see a major development of high end properties in this picturesque part of Tameside with panoramic views of the area," said Mr Jackson.
