Ian is partner and head of the Liverpool Corporate department. He has a substantial client following of owner-managed businesses to which he gives a wide range of advice on commercial matters on an on-going basis. Ian has also led a considerable number of significant corporate finance transactions, including MBOs, joint ventures and other venture capital deals, as well as acquisitions and disposals. Specific transactions on which he has been involved include the purchase of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC, the sale of Independent Pharmacy Care Centres plc, the sale of Demon Tweeks and subsquent buy back and flotations of Maelor and BsoftB.
