Fiona qualified in 1998 and has practiced exclusively in family law since, specialising in resolving financial issues on relationship breakdown of both married and co-habiting couples.

She regularly deals with company, partnership, trust and tax issues in divorce proceedings. She also advises on children matters including residence and contact.

Fiona is keen to promote a constructive approach to family law and is trained as a collaborative lawyer. She is Chairperson of the Collaborative Law Merseyside regional group. She is also an active member of Resolution (formerly the Solicitors FAmily Law Association) and sits on the Merseyside Regional committee for Resolution.

Fiona is a Resolution Accredited Specialist, specialising in complex financial settlements (Advanced Financial Provision I & II).
