Our Employment Solicitor Team
Martin Edwards is a partner and head of the employment solicitor team. He specialises in all aspects of employment law and appears as an advocate before employment tribunals nationwide, as well as before the Employment Appeal Tribunal. As well as heading up the employment solicitor team he is also regularly in consultation with private and public sector organisations who are seeking fast and practical advice on high-profile business transactions, ranging from corporate mergers to European and Premier League football transfers. As an employment solicitor, Martin's clients include many solicitors, barristers' chambers and household name companies based throughout the UK, as well as multinationals. Further enhancements to his position as a senior employment solicitor, are his position as a founder member of the Law Society's Employment Law Committee and his membership of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Working Party.
David Fagan is a Partner and employment solicitor who specialises in all aspects of employment law. He appears as an advocate before employment tribunals nationwide and is regularly consulted by private and public sector organisations seeking fast and practical advice. As an employment solicitor, he is often involved in highly sensitive matters involving senior personnel and/or arising out of corporate transactions. His experience as an employment solicitor has brought him into contact with clients that range from SMEs to household name companies based throughout the UK, as well as multinationals.
As well as being an employment solicitor for Mace & Jones, David is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the CEDR Exchange.
Mark Hatfield is an employment solicitor and partner in the firm's employment law department based in Manchester. He has over 20 years' experience as an employment solicitor dealing with employment law matters, predominantly advising employers in all aspects of employment law-related matters. As an employment solicitor, he acts for a number of blue-chip and high-worth employer clients and is also highly experienced advocate before Employment Tribunals. Mark also leads seminars and training courses and is a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association.
Emlyn Williams works in our employment law department in Liverpool. Emlyn is an experienced advocate and specialises in all aspects of employment law but has a particular interest in TUPE, equal pay and discrimination issues.
