Charles specialises in all aspects of construction - both contentious and non-contentious. His clients include some of the regions leading developers, banks and large multinational construction and engineering companies. Charles is experienced in adjudication, arbitration and actions in the Technology and Construction Court and in forms of alternative dispute resolution. He has particular knowledge of real estate litigation and acting on landlord and tenant matters. Charles specialises in real property disputes involving restrictive covenants and easements.
