Carole heads the Family department's "cracking team" which has been ranked in the Northwest Top Tier in the recently published Legal 500, 2008 edition. Based in the Liverpool office, Carole qualified as a solicitor in 1979 and in her many years of practice has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience in all aspects of family law.

For over twenty years Carole has specialised in financial relief claims in divorce proceedings, in particular technically complex high value claims. Her clients have included household names as well as fellow professionals.

Carole is an active member of Resolution (formerly The Solicitors Family Law Association) and was appointed as a Deputy District Judge in 2000. More recently she has trained as a collaborative lawyer and is also a trained mentor. Carole was also shortlisted in the 'lawyer of the year' category at this year's Newsco Insider Liverpool Professional Awards.
