Carol joined Mace & Jones in August 2005 from Midlands firm Lodders.

Carol is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and achieved a distinction in the Society's entrance exams.

Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2002, Carol has specialised in helping people with wills, in trust and estate planning and administration, powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters.

Often praised by her clients for her kind, yet efficient and pro active approach she has a particular interest in helping people with mental health or capacity problems. She prides herself on being able to explain difficult legal concepts to her clients using clear, everyday language. Carol particularly enjoys helping her clients through the maze of care home fee funding, and also has a special interest in Islamic wills.

Outside the office Carol loves to travel around Italy and is in the process of renovating her Victorian house.
